How Taligent is different
Taligent products facilitate new ways of working for both application and system
programmers. Most importantly, everyone plays by the same set of rules. Code
written by a developer for the CommonPoint application system stands on the same
technical footing as any code written by Taligent or by Apple, IBM, or
Hewlett-Packard for their versions of the system. Taligent's use of
object-oriented technology throughout all of its products, especially its use of
frameworks, makes this possible.
